Project

We started from two separate locations. An optician and a jewelry store. Both had very high ceilings but neither had taken advantage of those heights to create a mezzanine. The first thing we did was unite the two premises.

We work with the franchise headquarters to redesign the zones. Store, production and restaurant were the 3 concepts that we had to unite in the same place. Achieving the change of activity was the most laborious, together with combining the local regulations of the city with the aesthetic and operational requirements imposed by the franchise. The result was fantastic, a glass façade of more than 40m, a huge ceiling height and very noble materials, it was a perfect combination.
