Project

For this reform we started from a place located in a main artery of the restaurant sector: El Pasaje de la Concepción.

The place had also been a Japanese restaurant, but since it was a franchise, nothing of what was there was of use to us, since we had to adapt everything to the Sushi Shop universe.

We put slate on the floor, oak wood on the benches and tables, Japanese-inspired wallpaper and some designer details such as Celine Wright lamps and Philippe Starck chairs.
