We were in front of a flat built in the 70s, which had never been renovated before. In this case, the entrance area and living/dining room were redesigned, which had a double-height space that had to be maintained because it was structural. As the views of the apartment were impressive, all the elements in this area were faced with them. The kitchen joined the living room through a large island with an extractor hood hidden in the false ceiling. This, together with the large windows, managed to give the day area a lot of space.

On the other hand, in the night area the distribution was kept intact, updating the materials and completely reforming the two bathrooms.

To carry out this reform we require the intervention of an architect.
