This apartment, located in a small building in the old town of Sarrià, needed updating all the rooms, maintaining the original distribution.

It is an apartment that the property allocates for rent, so during the reform we had that objective in mind, adapting to the needs required. The facilities were completely renovated; including also the kitchen and bathroom.

The challenge here was to combine quality with the durability of the materials and finishes. To carry out this reform, as it is an “update”, it was only necessary to hire the construction technicians.
