Detached house in Sarrià
Project
We were in front of a typical house in the old town of Sarrià that had been renovated and separated into two independent units 15 years ago.
The reform consisted of joining it again, giving the common spaces more square meters and the rooms much more comfort.
In this work we can see the clear example that the works are alive, since in the initial project there was no pool in the patio, but after the hard months of confinement the owners wanted to incorporate one into the fantastic interior patio that the house had.
The overall result was spectacular, but where the change is much more evident is on the ground floor, made up of a hall with a courtesy bathroom and storage areas, a large living-dining room with an enormous ceiling height, a kitchen separated by beautiful doors metal and the jewel in the crown, the wonderful patio with everything you may need for an outdoor area.
The rest of the house is divided between the main room with a dressing room, the children’s rooms, a guest room and a leisure area for parties and meetings. At the facilities level, it should be noted that we installed solar panels on the roof.
To carry out this reform, it was necessary to choose an architect, an interior designer and the hiring of a pre and post-construction move, a furniture storage and the rent of an apartment for the family to live in during the works.
